Raw Material and Buffer
The main raw aluminum alloy(6061,7075, 8083 ), titanium alloy, stainless steel (SS303, SS304), copper alloy,acrylic and POM.
Per ISO principle, no need large amount stock of raw pieces for cnc machining. In order to ensure
the delivery on time or earlier, the frequent use material, we will make a buffer per customers' forecast.
QA Policy
We are the ISO supplier and passed ISO9001:2015 certificate, now we are applying for the AS 9000 certificate per customer's requirement.
Material conformity certificate and test report will be provided per request.

Pre-sale service: quotation, drawing and technical problem solution.
In-process service: 3D drawings convert to 2D , free assembly for the pieces.
After-sale service: installation guide and make market survey, then help customer to do better for terminal.

Q1: How long for the lead time?
A1: For FAI sample order, 7-10 days. For the mass batch, 10-14 working days.
Q2: How to speed up the lead time?
A2: Under the case of quality product, we can make the buffer on frequent use materials per customer's forecast and rolling orders.
Q3: What's your payment terms?
A3: 1. For large batches: Deposit 30% + balance T/T;
2.For small batches: 100% T/T before producing or shipment. This depends on the customer types.
